There should also be a car design template for making race mod cars. Like for instance, you can buy the super gt500 cars with the official team liveries on them. There should also be a blank car that you can select which costs the same. You should then be able to go to gt auto and choose your colors, liveries, and the number

In gran turismo 1 and 2, you can race modify most of the cars in the game. You can design a race mod just as easy as releasing the tc dlc package.

U should be able to race aginst ur b spec driver, n there should be drifts for b spec too, best way to race n train ur drivers is if u race them ur self. N tires should be unrestricted for b spec as well.

N also why is gt5 getting worse, yeah lots of cars, but its rediculus, the pricing, n moding, mag selection sucks except for a couple of rims, who made this game, old people, u have no taste, forza for xbox is looking alot better, the only reason y id get an xbox, motorcycles n better mods r needed, wish the gsme could ask me my opinion n listen, ill read him a book to make the game better. Plzzzz u guys more free add ons n updates, make it good again, lots of ideas, just ask

There should be engine swaps for almost all cars, options for a small little 50 hp car to beat lambos, gt5 is missing soo much in the game its sad, where is dealership races, y is b spec seperated from a spec, more challenges, cheaper stuff, not all cars should cpst 200,000$ to fully modify, especially if u only get 100 hp in the end, stupid!!, i can go on with wats missing. Oh n more than one option for swaps, civics have alot, h22, b18,16,20, k series, plzzz think of adding this kind of bonus, would be awsome.

You can create your racemod, because it has a editor and better tuning option. I made DTM cars for example or GT cars.

The 24 hour race that “Kaz” just participated in features the race modifications and new cars that Polyphony Digital should take action on. Most of the cars concerned are already in the game. And Race Mods might be one way to go from standard to premium. Just as long as the car has a real life racing variant that runs in real sanctioned events.

@Terry, I believe that's why they released touring cars. to create a race-mod you would have to do a lot of file altering and people could lose tunes or other specifications by changing these files. Also PD wants to make a few more bucks by adding as DLC.

Race Modifications like GT1 had, the custom paint job were fantastic then you could buy two of every standard car, keeping one as default.

More Race Mod options for more cars, including Standards. Then there should be an expanded Livery system to go along with it. If not something as full featured as what Forza 4 offers, or even Ferrari Challenge, then a series of templates as I described in the Livery Editor thread.
